| Coyote Sightings - Please Be Cautious |
| July 2nd, 2010 |
| To all Price & Paradise Residents, Please be advised that there are some sightings reported regarding coyotes in the community. I called the game commission yesterday (570-675-1143) & they advised me that the coyote pups are born & the mother is out scavaging food for these pups.
The large coyote can be mistaken for a very large dog, the officer suggested that all cats & small dogs, etc. be kept inside and also little children and young people should not draw attention to these dog looking animals.
They have been seen on Wobbly Barn, Powder Horn, Inverhouse, Buckle Boot & Broken Ski Roads - surely we must realize they could be roaming throughout the community.
There is no reason for hysteria, just caution with your cats & dogs and small children.
Please do not put your trash out overnight, if possible put it out the day of pickup to avoid the destruction & mess of your trash.
Thank you for your cooperation & understanding. Should you have any concerns please contact the Game Commission at: (570-675-1143)
Thank You

Many thanks to all who have taken on this task and a special thanks to Rocque for the time and patients with this program and to the young men who were in the program, under his supervision. Thank You Rocque! |

| | Please be advised that the Board of Directors has asked Legal Counsel to vigorously pursue any and all delinquent accounts. PA Act 180 provides and automatic lien on all properties the day the account becomes due and payable, without the need of a Magistrate Hearing. The Board of Directors at the recommendations of Legal Counsel will request Magistrate Hearings on all delinquents in an effort to minimize the extra legal fees to the membership. However, if payment is not received the results will be the Magistrate Hearing and the Association will proceed to the next step in collections, which is Sheriff Sale of property. |
