POCONO MOUNTAIN EMS SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
PMREMS is offering a subscription rate for 2010-2011 of $55.00 per household and the coverage is active July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. The coverage entitles your household to receive unlimited medically necessary transports without having to pay the co-pay or deductible associated with your medical insurance coverage. PMREMS will bill your insurance company directly.

Medicare - Pays 80% of their fee schedule, leaving the patient with the 20% remaining balance. This 20% is waived if you are a subscriber. The $55.00 annual fee covers this remaining amount for the specified time period. For more information or to view/print the subscription form click the link below.

MONROE COUNTY WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Contact regarding garbage along road, illegal dumping of garbage in ditches, burning of household trash, plastic containers, plastic bottles, burning of trash containing any toxic residue, or any other offensive actions, burning any treated wood, etc. (570) 643-6100.

Make sure your house numbers are visible from the street. If you would like to order lot # signs. Contact the office with your information.

TRASH
Timber Hill is not responsible for your trash pickup. Please contact D.M. Palmisano @ 570-595-3730. Contact your township for your free recycling bin.

We would like to welcome all new members to Timber Hill Community Association. If you need any Information regarding the community. Also, feel free to stop by the office to introduce yourself and ask any questions about your community. Our office hours are 9 am — 1 pm, Monday—Friday.

PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
Please remember to keep your culvert clean and free of debris so that the water can run freely through the culvert pipe rather than on the road or through your neighbor’s property.

SELLING YOUR LOT?
If you are selling your house or lot, you MUST inform the Timber Hill Community Association, within 30 days before the sale in writing! You must also obtain a resale certificate as well as the Right of First Refusal from NEPA Management. Please call the Administration building for more information. 570-629-5058

TIMBER HILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LAWN GRASS CUTTING REGULATION

1. Must sign up with a parent
2. Parent must be present at time of sign up
3. Must have safety gear
4. Director will get in touch with parents for their child's schedule for time of cutting.
5. No call/ No show will result in being taken off the schedule for this summer
6. Grass cutting will be cut and trimmed around these areas:
    6.1 Community House
    6.2 Pool
    6.3 Basketball Court
    6.4 Rocks
    6.4 Picnic Tables
7. Director must be contacted after cutting session has been completed
8. Bill must be presented after person is done with work to community house secretary
9. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in schedule termination
