2nd Saturday of each month: 9am-1pm

(closed the following Monday)

When can I attend an association meeting?

The Board of Directors has monthly meetings open to all members in good standing on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7pm.

The annual meeting in which ballots are counted for elections is held on the last Sunday of October at 1pm.

If a meeting is called at another time that members may attend, or if a scheduled meeting must be cancelled or re-scheduled, a notice will be posted on the website and sent to all members registered to receive email notifications.
