2020 Annual Membership meeting

October 6, 2020

The 2020 annual membership meeting will be held on Sunday, October 25 at 1pm.  If there is no quorum, the meeting will be rescheduled for Sunday, November 01, 2020 at 1pm.

Fall Newsletter correction

September 25, 2020

The president's message has one correction on the bottom of the first page.  Reserve should be revenue. "With that being accomplished, we are still about $25,000.00 per year short of the yearly revenue we need to generate per year. "

2021 Dues

September 21, 2020

The 2021 Dues are due Feb. 15, 2021.  A late fee of $25.00 is assessed on 2-15-21 and a $50.00 on 4-1-21 and 1.25% monthly interest accrues.   The Dues are as follows:  Developed (house) $749.02, Undeveloped Lot $482.04, Multi-Family $1,016.00, Section V $203.75.

Resale Procedures

September 21, 2020

2021 Dues are $749.02 for a developed lot, $482.04 for an undeveloped lot. The resale certificate is $200.00 payable to Timber Hill Community.  You will also need a Right of First Refusal from NEPA Management at 570-421-5409.

Capital Improvement fees for the buyer are $749.02 for a developed lot and $241.02 for an undeveloped lot and a New Member Fee of $200.00.  Multi Family fee is $1,016.00 and Section V $101.88.

NO PARKING

September 4, 2020

There is no parking on community roads and in the cul-de-sacs, especially long trucks of any kind.

Rules and Regulations #8 & #9:   

#8:  Parking on community roads is not allowed.  The association must be notified, 48 hours prior, if you have a need to park on the road temporarily.  Office hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  To contact the office call 570-629-5058.

#9:  Unattended vehicles parked on community roads will be towed at the owners expense.

Paradise township's polling location for the November election will be at the fire station.
