2020 Dues

September 12, 2019

The 2020 Dues are due Feb. 15, 2020.  A late fee of $25.00 is assessed on 2-15-20 and a $50.00 on 4-1-20 and 1.25% monthly interest accrues.   The Dues are as follows:  Developed (house) $727.20, Undeveloped Lot $468.00, Multi-Family $986.40, Section V $203.59.

2019 Dues

February 20, 2019

The 2019 Dues are as follows:  House $606.00, Lot $390.00, Multi Family $811.20, Section V $210.36

The dues are due on Feb. 15th and need to be post marked by Feb. 15th.  A late fee is assessed on Feb. 15 of $25.00 and a $50 late fee is assessed on April 1.  Interest accrues at 1.25% per month.

Resale Procedures

May 23, 2018

2019 Dues are $606 for a developed lot, $390 for an undeveloped lot.  The resale certificate is $200 payable to Timber Hill Community.  You will also need Right of First Refusal from NEPA Management at 570-421-5409.

Capital Improvement fees for the buyer are $606 for a developed lot and $195 for an undeveloped lot and a New Member fee of $200.
